By creating an account or using Paired ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. What Paired Does

Paired is a peer practice platform that connects job seekers with volunteer mock interviewers. We facilitate introductions and scheduling but do not guarantee outcomes, employment, or interview success.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Paired. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at hello@trypaired.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or demean other users
Share another user's personal information without consent
Misrepresent your identity, experience, or qualifications
Use the Service for commercial solicitation or recruiting without permission
Attempt to circumvent any security measures

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile information, feedback, CVs). By submitting content, you grant Paired a limited licence to display and use it to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimers

Paired is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that matches will lead to any particular outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paired and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
